Personal Training/Pilates Mission

Bodies in Balance establishes a defining evaluation to ensure an accurate and thorough program that will help the client clearly understand and learn to care

for their health and wellness. The evaluation explores the movement patterns of the body to create an individualized personal training program for each client.

Pilates focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential in supporting the spine.
